Citrix receiver for mac not in app store

Never had it that the Windows Client refuses to work. Strangly enough externally Mac receiver works fine and also from my Android phone through Netscaler works. I am external to the business trying to set up receiver, going through the web is fine. enter the Storefront FQDN adding ?StoreName where StoreName is the Name used for the Store you are trying to configure (i.e. I've never known this to stop receiver for Windows from not connecting. select the '+' symbol to add Account / Store
